Q: Why do people sale drugs if they don’t want us to have them even though they are bad for you and we go to jail
I just want to know because I mean like why would you sale drugs if didn’t want us to have them and then we go to jail for that stuff because oof those drugs we had that is jacked up and why do they cell guns and other weapons to people do they not know that is dangerous for your body and for carrying around weapons you should have known that is dangerous to like this little boy in the 3rd grade saling weed at school and got supspinded after those drugs.

A: It’s all about the [not so] almighty dollar. There are people who only care about making a quick buck no matter who gets hurt. They don’t care that the drugs and guns they sell will probably hurt or kill someone.

Q: What are the signs that a neighbor may be selling or using drugs?
My neighborhood in an apartment complex has had a history of drug sales and use. It’s not as bad as it used to be, but I try to watch for people who might be involved with drugs. I’d like to know what some of the tell tale signs are that someone or some groups may be trafficing drugs on the weekends.

A: First… I must advise you that calling the cops might be dangerous UNLESS you say you are anonymos (sp?) anyway… lots of traffic in and out af an apartment… especially all hours of the night. (This can be attributed to crack, coke, meth. All hours of the morning can suggest Heroin. Also if they have a really nice car, jewlrey, but you don’t see them going to a 9-5 or having any taxable income. I was a former user and seller of Heroin for 10 years and celebrating 3 yrs. clean. This is really all I can suggest unless there is a man on the corner handing things to ppl. (which would be pretty obvious) Just PLEASE be safe about this. Good luck and God Bless!

Q: Is it legal to order controlled substance drugs to my adress in USA from an internet pharmacy ?
I have seen pharmaceutical drugs for sale on pharmacy websites including schedule two and schedule three controlled substances . Do they have their own doctors to write a prescription ?

A: It is illegal for them to sell or you to received controlled substances into the USA. I buy my medication from reputable online pharmacies that do not sell narcotics like http://www.4-rx.net or http://www.xldiscountpharmacy.com
Hope this helps.

Q: Why was neither Bush nor Obama jailed for use or sale of illegal drugs like cocaine and heroin ?

A: Good question and why aren’t they both routinely drug tested?

Q: can cops posing as drug dealers have real drugs and offer them for sale on the street corner?
why aren’t they guilty of a crime for possesion and dealing drugs=entrapment.

A: Look up the definitionof entrapment. It means that you end up doing something that you wouldn’t normally do. If the cop is standing on the corner with crack for sale, you approach him, and buy from him…how is that entrapment? Answer: It’s not.

And yes, the cop can have real drugs and offer them for sale. And it is perfectly legal….the only difference is you will go to jail right after you buy them because they will arrest you right then and there.

And as for the cops being guilty of a crime….they aren’t doing it to make a profit, they are doing it to arrest people…just a slight difference from a drug dealer don’t you think?

Q: Will a sale of or purchase of a drug disqualify you on the Cook County polygraph test?
Will the Cook County Sheriffs disqualify you for 1 – 2 purchases or sales of drugs in your teenage years? Because that what the new application states for 2010!

A: First of all, polygraphs are illegal for deciding employment on any job EXCEPT law enforcement. Whoever said they are illegal for all employment is incorrect. Secondly, don’t withhold anything. Anything you dont mention will come out in the poly. You have about a 1% chance of getting past it. Your chances of admitting and them letting it go are much better. Now most dept’s will let drug stuff go if it was teen yrs (15 or 16) , but they may say it must be 5 or 10 yrs later so you have a chance to mature. Poly’s are the hardest thing to pass for a LE position, so dont try to hide anything.

Q: Is it hypocritical to say you care for children & to make money from the sale of their parents’ drugs/alcohol?
Should we question the integrity of someone who takes photos with children & owns more houses than they can live in that are bought with money from an addictive substance?

A: Definitely and all the other corruption going on in the McSame household. A couple of days ago McSame’s son had to resign from the Board of a Bank that went into bankruptcy and is now under investigation. Many years ago McSame tried to help ot a corrupt banker friend from Arizona and was sanctioned by the Senate for conflict of interest

A: Being arrested and being convicted are two different things.

If you were convicted, then yes, your green card can be revoked.

Q: Would the sale, taxation, and control of drug sales ultimately destroy cartels and other gangs?
Thinking about it, taxation on controlled drugs such as Marijuana would definitely raise profits. The amount of pressure it puts on our judicial system would definitely be relieved and I think it could create a hefty amount of jobs. More importantly, people wouldn’t need to buy the smuggled drugs anymore, thereby destroyed the income for gangs and cartels alike. Would this actually work?
And of course, to enforce it, make it illegal to buy unless from a government approved vendor.
You have to have some sort of regulation though. Having others grow it for you will stimulate the economy by producing jobs. Growing it yourself could lead people to excessive use. People should definitely be limited..at least until we see that it is working.

A: As long as there are rules and limits, people will buy it illegally,.just like the do cigarettes to avoid the tax. And who will provide this cheaper, tax free version: criminals. It’s very idealistic to believe that just making something legal will rid us of the drug problem. I agree that it may reduce some crime, but remember, the criminals who are selling it now are just that, criminals with no repsect for the law. Whether or not you thin pot should be illegal is irrelevent because the law says it is is and we must obey the law. These people selling it are not doing it for the good of humanity, they are doing it to get cash, and will find some other fast way to earn a buck, most likely illegal. In the end, yes, we may get some additional money for our towns, but criminals seem to always come through with a cheaper, easier to obtain version of just about anything, and people with addictions and habits are not so discriminitory om where their next “fix” (lack of a better word) will come from as long as it’s a bargain. So, will crime go down? I guess we would have to wait and see.

Q: Behind the counter drug sales in the United States: a good or bad idea?
This is where a patient receives drugs under the consultation of a pharmacist, but does not have to go to a doctor. Certain medications that help cholesterol such as statins are being reviewed for approval in this manner.

I think this should be pertinent to all allergy medications, albuterol, and erectile dysfunction medications. Otherwise, aren’t these affairs complicated enough for physician consultation?

A: I would definitely not want the responsibility. It involves more than you think. First of all something like say statins, you need regular blood work done. Based on the cholesterol levels you need to continue the therapy or change it.
We (Pharmacists) know all our medications, but do not know how to diagnose. We can tell you what symptoms a certain disease state may present, but we cannot and do not know how to diagnose it. That is the Doctors expertise.
Our expertise is knowing our medications. We know a lot about the medications that we carry behind the counter and in front of the counter. And believe it or not – not a day goes by where I am not learning something new about medications.
So, the bottom line is, diagnosis wise you would be safer in a doctors hands. Ask us how to dose for a medicine or how/what side effects a medication has, and we have an answer for you. Though medicine wise sometimes doctors are not the brightest either, they dose incorrectly at times. They need to ask the pharmacist occasionally.
I hope this makes sense.
